Really complex, with apple tart, apricot, lavender, hints of cream and toasty oak.  Full-bodied, with loads of fruit character.  There's masses of spicy mineral and fruity character, yet this is refined and balanced.  Gorgeous.  Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Picolit.  Drink now.
