Vineyards Wine Shipping Information |

 Vineyards Wine and Spirits professionally ships to most states. We are licensed to ship liquor with both Federal Express and UPS. As many states have special regulations, we do require that our customers are certain that they are legally allowed to receive alcohol and to investigate any special regulations required by their state. It is the buyers responsibility to be certain alcohol can be legally shipped to the delivery address prior to placing the order.
Since temperature extremes can damage wine, we will hold any order during extreme temperature months (Summer and Winter) at no extra charge. We can ship ground, 2 day, or overnight. You will be asked to specify your preferred method during check out.
Our packaging has been certified acceptable by Federal Express and UPS. If your product is damaged or you receive the wrong product, we ask that you notify us within 2 business days.

- In most cases, in-stock items will ship the next day
- We are not responsible for Fedex/UPS delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. In the rare event that a package is delayed under these circumstances, we will not be held responsible for any portion of the shipping costs
- Shipping prices include insurance
- We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO box offices
- We cannot ship outside the U.S.
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must only be shipped 2nd Day Air
- For orders larger than 12 bottles, We will ship in separate boxes. Example: 14 bottles will be shipped as 12 bottles and as 2 bottles
- 2nd Day delivery takes 2 business days from the date of shipment. If you place your order on Monday, the earliest you can hope to receive it would be Wednesday. If you need something delivered the next day, you must select Overnight as your shipping method
- Overnight and 2nd Day denote BUSINESS DAYS, they do not include Saturday and Sunday. An Overnight shipment placed Friday is a Monday Delivery - Saturday Deliveries must choose "SATURDAY" as the shipping option
- It is preferable to send 2nd Day and Overnight packages to a business address
- Incorrect, insufficient, or change of address will incur a $10.00 surcharge
- We reserve the right to charge return shipping for refused or undelivered packages - Shipping is non-refundable in the event of returned packages
- Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed
